This Return Policy applies to brand identity and logo design services provided by linebeauty. As our services involve custom creative work, this policy is designed to protect both clients and our business while ensuring fair resolution of service-related concerns.
Clients may cancel a service agreement before work commences to receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Once design work has begun, cancellation terms are subject to the specific service agreement. Partial work completed up to the cancellation point will be delivered to the client, and refunds will be calculated based on work completed and costs incurred.
All service packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. We are committed to working with clients to achieve satisfaction within the agreed revision parameters. Additional revisions beyond the included number may be available for an additional fee.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered brand identity design work, we encourage you to communicate your concerns promptly. We will work with you to address issues and make reasonable adjustments within the scope of the original agreement. If we are unable to resolve concerns through revisions, we will discuss alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
